Identifying strengths
There are many possible applications for management appraisals. They are always concerned with the evaluation of a candidate’s abilities and potential in respect of a current or future task. The structured identification and evaluation of the candidate’s various strengths represents the main basis of success for many company personnel decisions.
Management appraisals should be carried out according to a proven method and take into consideration all success factors in order to achieve the desired results. The central part of the interview relates to the mastering of specific challenges across a competence matrix. Competence analysis then forms the basis for evaluation and comparison. The interview technique includes action and results-oriented questions and is geared towards the jointly defined competence matrix.
Based on an objective description of a candidate, the aim is to put our clients in the position to adequately fill or supplement positions.
Our advisors are also available to develop a competence model and train the clients in the introduction of the interview method. This can take place in both individual and group training. |
